ZeroSpace / A guided Zero Trust journey

Understand how work flows.
Advance your Zero Trust strategy.

Build on existing documentation, automate transaction mapping and follow a guided journey from business purpose to implementation and validation. Connect projects into a wider Zero Trust program while keeping ownership and evidence with the work.

Projects and the guided journey

Know where to start. Know what comes next.

A ZeroSpace project is a shared workspace for a defined business service, application or improvement effort. It brings purpose, owners, architecture, protect surfaces, transactions, decisions and delivery evidence together. The guided journey helps your team turn that context into the next practical action.

Start in context

Enter where the work begins

Start a new program, address an existing gap or review a material change. Select the relevant scope and reuse the records you already have.

Follow the journey

Move from purpose to evidence

Work through purpose and ownership, current state, protection, transactions, coverage gaps, target planning, implementation, validation and continuing review. Each step identifies the responsible role, linked work and what is needed next.

Keep moving

Resume, collaborate and go deeper

Return to a saved journey, request a handoff or open the expert workspace for detailed work on the same records. Forge can help explain context and prepare proposals; people retain review and approval.

Progress follows saved work and reviewed evidence. Teams can revisit priorities and record exceptions while keeping delivery, validation and unresolved gaps visible.

Automated transaction mapping

Move beyond manually maintained maps.

Static diagrams are difficult to keep current and rarely explain the identity, operation and evidence behind an access path. ZeroSpace processes authorized source windows, normalizes and deduplicates observations, and correlates supported evidence into transaction patterns for review.

Discover

Find patterns in the evidence

Bring supported audit, access and telemetry observations into a bounded discovery workflow. Retain participants, operations, timing, outcomes and source lineage rather than treating every network edge as a business transaction.

Reconcile and map

Connect the pattern to its purpose

Review service, resource and principal identities. Associate selected patterns with existing transactions or create model drafts, then inspect the transaction map and associated inventory together.

Compare and improve

Understand what changed

Use versioned observation windows to compare behavior while retaining scope and coverage limits. Keep required, configured, observed and validated access distinct as you plan policy and implementation changes.

Spend less effort rebuilding the map and more time deciding which access the business needs. Automatic discovery supplies evidence; reviewers retain identity, association and policy decisions. Missing observations remain unknown.

Existing architecture and reference documents

Start with the documentation you already have.

Your team has already invested in diagrams and reference material. Bring that work into the project, review what it says and use the accepted details to build a connected architecture model.

Import

Bring diagrams and documents

Import supported Microsoft Visio (.vsdx), draw.io and native architecture JSON files. Add PDF documents and PNG or JPEG images as reviewable source material.

Review

Turn source detail into model inputs

Inspect extracted diagram candidates, correct names and relationships, and match them to existing records. Annotate PDF and image sources to identify the details you want to carry into the model.

Build

Accept the selected changes

Preview and accept reviewed candidates into a native model draft. Retain the original document, source revision and review decisions so the team can trace each accepted detail back to its source.

Documented architecture provides a starting point. Connect it to transaction evidence and validation as the project develops.

Connected projects and program coordination

Keep projects focused. Connect the work they share.

A wider Zero Trust program spans applications, environments and delivery teams. Link projects through reviewed application references and shared improvement initiatives, while preserving each project's scope, owners, permissions and evidence.

Application context

Recognize the same application

Reference an existing logical application from another authorized project, retaining the reviewed source revision and the reason for the connection.

Shared improvement

Coordinate common changes

Connect local application adoption to a shared initiative, such as identity modernization. Record prerequisites, dependencies, overlaps and alternatives so teams can see how their work fits together.

Program visibility

See shared progress and local needs

Use the program view to follow common delivery alongside each application's commitment, configuration, blockers and validation. Each team retains responsibility for its own adoption and evidence.

For example, a customer portal project and its migration project can reference the same application and adopt a shared identity initiative. Each retains its own implementation plan and validation results.

Purpose and priorities

Begin with what the business needs to protect.

Establish the current state, responsibilities and priorities. Connect the Customer Portal application to its declared members, business purpose and Protect Surface.

Automated transaction mapping in context

Read the map and its evidence together.

Discover transaction patterns automatically from supported audit, access and telemetry evidence. Review identity bindings and associate selected patterns with your application model, then explore the map and the evidence behind each transaction. Source, time window and review state stay with the evidence; unobserved access remains unknown.

Attack Surface / Forge

Build an attack footprint from your architecture.

Forge automates the first pass of attack-surface analysis using your selected architecture, protection objectives, identities and transaction context. It proposes attack-path hypotheses, identifies prerequisites and missing evidence, and suggests mitigation options for review.

Explore access to a resource and potential impact from a component. Trace findings to their supporting relationships, review assumptions and contradictory evidence, then accept selected Forge proposals as finding drafts for improvement planning and validation.

Implementation coordination

Give each next step an owner.

Bring agreed implementation work onto a shared board. Track dependencies and mixed work states while preserving the distinction between delivery and validation.

Validation and improvement

Keep the evidence behind the progress.

Review recommendations, record validation evidence and communicate what remains unresolved. Revisit decisions as the environment and program change.

Keep the reasoning with the proposal

Fit to your environment

A program view across your technology estate.

Plan across AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premises and hybrid environments. Specific collection and automation capabilities depend on the supported integration and agreed scope. A program plan is not proof that every transaction has been automatically mapped.

Validation evidence

Keep the actual result visible.

Inspect the method, scope and evidence behind recorded checks. Contradicted, inconclusive and not-run results remain part of the program.

ZeroSpace validation
ZeroSpace validationRecorded checks include supported, contradicted, inconclusive and not-run outcomes. [s]

Program decisions

Turn the current picture into a practical improvement plan.

Keep maturity, architecture evidence, delivery priorities and investment assumptions connected across the Zero Trust program.

Maturity and gaps

Assess the scope. Set the target.

Review evidence against scoped maturity criteria, record a target and turn gaps into owned requirements and improvement work. Completed tasks do not automatically change the assessed maturity stage.

Architecture intake

Start with the material you have

Bring in native JSON, draw.io, Visio, PDF and image sources. Review extracted candidates and their original source before accepting them into the model; a drawing does not establish deployed access.

Investment and portfolio

Compare options with the assumptions visible

Coordinate initiatives, adoption and project priorities. Compare costs, capacity, forecasts and actuals with attributable assumptions, sensitivity and review. An estimate is separate from realized savings.
